Automatic Lever Force Standard Machine (LM)

I. Overview :

HT-9770

Automatic lever force standard machine here employs the gravity of the reference weights as the standard loads. Through the magnification of lever mechanism, and as per certain sequence, it automatically and stably applies loads on the instrument being calibrated.

Suitable application: load cells manufacturers, inspection institute and calibration laboratories.

II. Functions and technical briefings :
1.
The whole machine consist of machine frame, lever, standard reference weights, loading and preloading mechanism and computer system, The lever ratio is the transmission ratio, and thus equal to magnification ratio.

There are two independent calibrating space which is used for direct measurement (reference weight part) and indirect measurement (lever part). Direct measurement is used for calibrating the items which is with the same range of force value of reference weights. And it is conducted at the upper space of reference weights. Its calibrating accuracy is same as dead-weight force standard machine. Indirect measurement is used for calibrating the items which has higher force value range than reference weights. It is conducted at the upper part of frame. The calibrated accuracy is the standard accuracy of this machine. By moving the crosshead to adjust space, you can do tension/compression two sorts of calibration.

User can have any combination of reference weights according to his own calibrating force value. . And apply calibrating force through automatic control method.

Jobs of calibration is fully automatic and with high efficiency, including auto loading/unloading, auto control and stable force value, auto data acquisition, processing and printout. You can also select for manual or auto method for conducting your calibration.

The design of modularization of control system is convenient for further maintenance.

Human-machine dialog type under Windows operating system, all jobs and procedures can be finished through computer assistance. Loading status is displayed by computer animation.
Calibration data is real-time displayed and can be transferred by network.
7.
Self test and diagnosis is conducted as soon as calibration starts.
8.
This machine can also be conducted in the combination of high/low temperature chamber.

¡· Mainly this machine calibrates tension or compression transducer with high/low temperature chamber, computer and operating program for R60 production process by high precision measurement. This machine uses the magnification ratio of lever force arm, or single loading or any combination for constant loading test.

¡· Loading and measurement of this machine is conducted by computer servo system. Force value is displayed by monitor and hardcopy by printer. Error of transducer can be monitored on computer and printout all the results.
This machine is manufactured mainly according to R60 requirements, a typical machine for ¡§load cell manufacturers¡¨. This is an essential machine for all the load cell manufacturers.
